NEGATIVE LIABILITY OF GSTR 4 MARCH 2019 RETURN NOT ADJUSTING IN CMP 08 FY 2019-20
While filing the return for JAN-MARCH 2019 in GSTR-4, negative liability was carried forward to electronic liability register on account of the amendment. Now, while filing CMP-08 for April-June 2019 —error message displaying as an error! The payment amount should not exceed the outstanding liability. Due to this, I was forced to file Nil CMP-08 for April-June 2019. Pls, suggest solutions.

technically nothing can be done, logic given in circular 26/2017 shall be extended here also
