gta provide gta services
I want to know that if a registered gta provide gta services and charged gat @5% then is rcm applicable on service recipient.

No RCM applicable in this case bcoz it is called forward charge and it is the ITC for recipient.

GTA is required to pay @12% in forward charge , if they are not paying @12% RCM will be applicable.
