One of my client-facing some problems as there is confusion related TDS u/s 194N on CASH WITHDRAWALS from the bank above prescribe limit attracts TDS. He holds APMC License for many years and Works as Trader in Agricultural Products in APMC Marker. Is he liable to Pay TDS or Any relaxation is given to him by Govt. ?
