Missed ITC in GSTR3B

I had forgotten to enter one purchase bill details in gstr3b of July. What to do now? How will I get ITC of the missed bill and how to rectify the same.

What Exactly ITC Availed option is in GSTR2.

Whether I have to Enter the exact Amount of Tax in “Amount of Tax” Column and Zero in “Amount of ITC Available”.
