Composition Dealer Providing Renting Services
Can a composition dealer , Trader of clothes , having turnover of INR 42L in FY 2018-19, provide residential and commercial renting services. If yes, is there any upper limit upto which he can provide Renting services.

A composition dealer can supply upto 10% of the aggregate turnover of Rs. 5lac, whichever is higher in services. You need to calculate the amount. If it is more than that you will have to exit from turnover. You can see all the terms and conditions related to composition levy at this link.
