Purchase of machinery from unregistered person.« Back to Questions List

My firm wants to purchase a machine worth 5 lakh from a unregistered firm that has gone out of business for more than 3 years. How to will i show purchase from urd in my books and how will i show purchase receipt for eway bill. Will RCM BE APPLICABLE?
