Clause 124 was introduced to make the beneficiary of transactions liable for penalty and clause 125 was introduced to make wrongful availment of credit a bailable and non-cognizable offense.
The due date of Annual Return and Audit for Financial Year 2019-20 is February 28, 2021. Relaxations of FY 2018-19 where the registered person had the option to not file the Annual Return where the aggregate turnover does not exceed INR 2cr has been withdrawn.
