CA Nitin Kanwar is a Managing Partner of A J K R & Associates, one of the leading chartered accountancy firms in India with the offices in Gurgaon, New Delhi, and Daryaganj. His field of specialization is direct taxes and especially International Taxation. He has handled matters of clients from diverse industries and has represented them before various authorities. CA Nitin Kanwar received his Bachelor's degree in Commerce with Honors from Ramjas College, Delhi University. He completed his law from Delhi University. He is currently a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also holds the certificate of International Taxation. He has been instrumental in building the International tax practice of A J K R & Associates. His depth knowledge in International Tax matters, Foreign Exchange regulations and Transfer pricing has allowed him to successfully advise multinational companies on a host of issues liked FDI Policy, entry strategy, setting up offices in India, cross border tax structuring, transfer pricing, mergers & acquisitions, inbound investment structuring, tax controversy matters, and other regulatory matters.
