Whether Economic census work done for Government is exempt from GST? Is it covered under vital statistics as per Article 243W(12th Schedule) of India constitution which is exempt under Sr. No.3(Pure Services to Government) of notification no.12/2017-Central Tax(rate) ??? And What is the difference between vital statistics and economic census ?? Is there any relation between the two?
