Dear mam, I want to ask about What Gst rate charged by packer & movers services, Providing only Household shifting services which include Packaging, Loading, Unloading,Transportation charges.

It is exempted.
See entry no. 21A of notification no. 12/2017 CTR.
Services provided by a goods transport agency to an unregistered person, including an unregistered casual taxable person, other than the following recipients.
