I have transitional credit for Rs. 25000 in my credit ledger. I have not issued any invoice since July 2017 and have filled all the NIL GST Returns till Sep. 2018.

Now I want to cancel my GST Registration as I am winding up my business.

How to cancel my Registration and how to claim a refund of 25000?
