I AM MIGRATED TAX PAYER HAVE OPTED FOR COMPOSITION SCHEME IN SEPTEMBER. NOW I WANT TO CANCEL MY GST REGISTRATION. I HAVE NOT FILED TRAN 1 YET BECAUSE I DONT WANT CREDIT OF OLD STOCK

You can cancel registration by submitting REG 29 Form for cancellation . Date for cancellation has been extended till 31st Oct 2017 .
