Regarding E way Bill for telecom mobile 

Dear Sir/Mam
 I am A distributor in Telecom Mobile Division now problem is that we give stock in market in Dealers counter
therefore when they give the Payment we give goods as per there requirement , now after eway the dealer does not give order then how we will do market please guide me
