Dear Sir,
Please note that RCM on purchases from unregistered person are not applicable from Oct month onward till 1st Apr,18 as per Press Release Ministry of Finance on 6 Oct.

Further , As of today .Non applicability of RCM provision will be with effect of notification date ie 13 Oct 2017 .
