RCM on Ocean Freight on import of goods?
Clarity Needed about RCM on Ocean Freight on import of goods?
There have been divergent views on the captioned subject, some are paying RCM on Ocean Freight @ 5% on 10% of CIF Value (where freight not determinable) while others are not simply ignoring due to double taxation,etc.?
