I am dealing in the business of manufacture of khal binola which is exempted from GST. But the raw material includes taxable goods. the moment I purchase the raw material I made the payment of freight on those goods. Whether I have to pay RCM on such freight as my end product is fully exempt from tax. and I do put the reversal of ITC paid on the purchases of the raw material.
WHETHER I HAVE TO PAY RCM ON FRIGHT ?
