My GST provisional id is inactive, how to file return and pay tax?

Firstly, visit the site gst.gov.in
There on the bottom of the page go to the Grievance Redressal Portal for GST
Here fill all details regarding your inactive id and you will get complaint id
Mail this complaint id on helpdesk@gst.gov.in
they will activate your id in 2 to 3 working days.
