You can claim ITC related to invoices pertaining to F.Y. 2018-19 latest by the due date of furnishing Sept, 2019 GSTR-3B return i.e. 20-10-2019 thereby you are not allowed to claim ITC  now.
As of now, there is no date extension for claiming ITC for F.Y. 2018-19.
