querry regarding LUT applied later and exports made earlier
In Case of LUT Applied in Feb-2020 (for FY 2019-20), and Exports/SEZ Supplies made in Jan-2020, Whether Such an Export Can be Made Without Payment of Tax, Relying on the said LUT Applied in Feb-2020( for FY 2019-20)

LUT would be applied once in an year and it would be for whole year. in you case there was procedural dealy should not be a problem
