Sir, I have filed GSTR1 of July. I have submitted GSTR3 of July last month. I am not able to submit GSTR3 with signature. A msg, ” Pay your pending liability first than submit”. My cash ledger says ₹8400 whereas my credit ledger says ₹5300. Now what is my pending liability? I have paid my outward tax of ₹8400. Also I cannot add missing invoice of supplier for the month of July. Msg say ” Check the timeline for GSTR2 ” .Also I cannot offset my liabilities in payment option of GSTR3. Msg” You don’t have sufficient balance in your cash ledger to offset liability”. Please help.
