GSTR-9C Query

Sir/Mam in some items there was GST rate change in FY2017-18, now in HSN wise summary of outward supply of GSRT-9 we can not put exact rate of GST as it comes an average rate that can not be filled in. How can I show the ffigures in that case kindly reply. Is it optional and/or can it be skipped.
