GSTR-10
This return is not available on GST Portal right now. The dealer wishes to get his RC cancelled, what shall he do as he is supposed to file Final Return in GSTR-10.

Yes, form 10 is not available right now on portal, however you may file it manually with JO. It can be filed only after you have received cancellation order from JO.
