GST on hire of vehicle by GTA:

GST on hire of vehicle by GTA is exempt. But how shall leasor get to know if the Lessee is a GTA or not?
What documentary evidence should be verified or kept in record with leasor to give GST exemption from Tax Invoice. Is there any special agreement to be made? Or any decleration to be taken?
Pls guide.
