We are engaged in providing education consultancy services for prospective students who aspire to study abroad and assist them in the form of logistical support in getting admission into foreign universities; which includes registration, assistance in getting visa and so on,  we received commission/referral fees from the foreign universities and no amount was collected by us from students referred to foreign universities. Further, we submitted that the main service being provided by foreign universities.
