Advance authorization against Export with IGST

Dear Sir, company has purchased raw material under advance authorization without duty for manufacturing finished goods for export. company has such goods cleared export with IGST paid and than after claim. Not cleared under LUT . OUR good faith not any evasion by company. Already paid IGST and than after claim. Whether this transaction has permitted or no? What can do any option by you. Please advice .
