Recent update: Matter was taken to Supreme Court:
Honourable Supreme court in the SLP filed by UOI upheld the ruling of Rajasthan high court. Technical glitches of GSTN portal were condemned by the court.
Then the order of Supreme court was amended to levy the late fees. It was on the promise of its refund.
