Exemptions to Government Companies under Section 462

G.S.R. _ (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a) and (b) of subsection (1) and in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 462 of the companies  Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government, in the public interest, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, number G.S.R.463(E), dated the 5th June 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, part-ll, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated the 5h June 2015, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table:-

(i) for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted. namely:-

(ii) for serial number 26 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

Note:-

1. A copy of this notification has been laid in draft before both Houses of Parliament as required by sub-section (2) of section 462 of the aforesaid Act.

2. The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, part ll, section 3, sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R.463(E), dated the 5rh June 2015 and was subsequently amended order number G.S.R. 582 (E), dated the 13th June 2017 and also vide number S.O. 802(E), dated the 23rd of February 2018.
