Implementation of E-rvavbill in Meghalaya
The Commissioner of Taxes, Meghalaya, Shillong in accordance with Government Notification No. ERTS(T)65 l20ll lPtlI60. dated 29.12.2017, directs all persons causing interstate and intrastate movement of Goods (with the exception of goods listed in the Annexure appended to Rule 138(14) of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Rnles, 2017) of consignment value exceeding fifty thousand rupees w.e,f. l” February,2018 to generate the E-waybill from the porlal www.e-rvaybillgst.gov.in. Non-compliance shall invite penal action as provided under the said Act.
