The petitioner, representing themselves in court, expresses dissatisfaction with the underutilization of Video Conferencing infrastructure established by the Punjab and Haryana High Court. The petitioner alleges that the High Court has completely discontinued the use of Video Conferencing facilities, leading to their grievance.
Initiate the process of serving notice to the Registrar General of the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
e will also send notifications to the Registrars General of all High Courts, with communication facilitated by the Registrar (Judicial) via email.
We also extend notices to the Registrars of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and the National Green Tribunal.
