No Sitting of Benches of the Tribunal Including Regional Benches
OFFICE ORDER
The Hon’ble President directs the following:
1. There will be no sitting of Benches of the Tribunal including Regional Benches from 1 July 2020 to 15 July 2020 due to the grim situation caused by the COVID 19 pandemic. However, urgent applications will be taken up for hearing as per Public Notice No.1 of 2020 dated 30.6.2020.
2. The last date of pronouncement of order reserved cases and release of detailed orders is extended up to 31 July 2020 and the same may be done after obtaining prior permission from the Hon’ble President.
3. The instructions contained in the DOPT Office Memorandums F. No.11013/9/20114-Estt. (A-III) dated 18 May 2020 will be followed with respect to the attendance of all employees including officers, personal staff of Members and outsourced staff.
