Who is controlling/protecting data related to GST registration and returns filed?
Can such data be made available or leaked to some vested interests, by people managing IT infrastructure?
Can the management of company controlling GST operations, sell data/metadata to interested parties for profit?
In other words what are the safeguards for preventing misuse of data thus collected?
